Terms of Service

Welcome to Amoura. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Amoura. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
  • You agree that the information you provide (name, email, anniversaries, etc.) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features of Amoura require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat.
  • All fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled directly through Apple according to their refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app. Specifically, you may not:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the app or its services.
  • Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and design elements of Amoura are the property of Naman Jain or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes only.

6. AI Features

Amoura may include AI-powered features (such as Amii, the AI coach). These features are intended for informational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Amoura at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it or cancelling your subscription.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Amoura is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app will meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naman Jain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Amoura.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app or via update notes).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
